Feliza G. Kepler

Ms. Feliza Kepler is President and Chief Executive Officer of Data Networks Corporation. During her 25 years of management at DNC, she has focused on crystallizing and implementing the corporate vision and principles, and developing the company's value proposition and supporting methodologies. She has also provided the spirit and technical leadership for expanding and deepening the company's core competencies. Ms. Kepler's experience in the engineering and technology industry began and was nurtured in 15 years with the Federal Systems Division of Honeywell Inc. and IBM World Trade. Ms. Kepler holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of the Philippines and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.


Charles F. Olsick, Jr.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Olsick is responsible for business operations and strategic planning at Data Networks Corporation. His focus is on superior contract performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Olsick has a wealth of experience acquired during 30 years in various companies in the Federal arena. His experience includes operations management, financial management, strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, product development, and legislative and Congressional liaison. He was most recently with McDonald Bradley, Inc. where he was the Senior Vice President responsible for the company's business in the Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement markets. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Acton Burnell, Inc., which was acquired by CACI. At CACI, Mr. Olsick was a Senior Vice President responsible for a business group. Mr. Olsick was also Vice President of Litton's Applied Technology Division and General Instrument's Defense Systems Group. Mr. Olsick holds a B.S. in Physics from James Madison University and completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University.

 

Michele Bond

As Vice President of Health Solutions for Data Networks Corporation, Ms. Michele Bond is responsible for managing and growing the company’s health business segment. Her focus is on program performance and expanding DNC’s growing presence in the Federal health arena. Ms. Bond was previously with Vangent (formerly Pearson Government Solutions) where she led a $215M business unit whose primary clients included the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Military Health System. Prior to Vangent, Ms. Bond held positions at CSC, Standard Technology Inc., BCE Emergis eHealth Solutions; and the United States Navy where she was a Medical Service Corps Officer. Ms. Bond is a Registered Dietitian and has an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.


Frank Eisenbarth

As Vice President of Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement Programs for Data Networks Corporation, Mr. Frank Eisenbarth is responsible for managing and growing the company’s homeland security and federal law enforcement business segment. Mr. Eisenbarth has 30 years of progressive management experience leading organizations delivering complex information technology solutions. He has a reputation of building strong working relationships with customers and business partners and bringing a disciplined management approach to business operations. Mr. Eisenbarth was previously with Mantech’s Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions Group (MCTSG) where he successfully focused the organization on positioning for long-term growth within the DHS account. Prior to Mantech, Mr. Eisenbarth held senior-level positions with Integic Corporation and CSC and served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Eisenbarth has a Masters in Physics from Georgia Tech and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.

 

Tom Lusby

As Vice President of DoD Programs for Data Networks Corporation Mr. Lusby is responsible for managing and growing the DoD business segment. His focus is on program performance and expanding DNC’s functional expertise in logistics, information sharing, and IT services. Mr. Lusby was previously with Unisys Corporation for 34 years where he provided management and oversight for DoD and Logistics’ programs. As Director/Senior Manager for the Unisys DoD/Intel Group, he supported many DoD organizations including the US Army, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Surface Distribution and Deployment Command (SDDC), and the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). While at Unisys, Mr. Lusby was also instrumental in the strategy, winning, and execution of numerous GWAC, ID/IQ, and BPA vehicles including DEIS, Encore, Millennia, Millennia Lite, ITOP and CIOSP.

 

Joanie Barr

Joanie Barr is DNC’s Vice President of Technology. She is responsible for providing technical direction and guidance to further advance DNC’s core competencies, processes, and technology base as well as leading and supporting solutions development for projects and proposals. Joanie has 25 years of experience, primarily in the Federal IT services market where her responsibilities have included technical leadership, operations management, account planning and execution, business growth, and program execution. She was previously Vice President at MORI Associates, ManTech International, and Software Performance Systems and served as Program Director at McDonald Bradley. She has led successful corporate software development process improvement initiatives using the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for multiple organizations. Joanie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active participant and leader in the American Council for Technology (ACT) - Industry Advisory Council (IAC). She is an ACT-IAC Fellow and completed the ACT-IAC Partners Program in 2002. Joanie graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. in Computer Science and was inducted into Distinguished Alumni Academy (Lane Academy) of WVU’s Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering in 2010.

 

Kamran Khan

Kamran Khan is the Vice President of Business Development for Data Networks Corporation (DNC) and manages their business development organization. He has over 26 years of experience in supporting the federal government. For the last 13 years, he has been serving in a business development role and has led successful business development and capture campaigns on major programs to include TMA D/SIDDOMS 3, DISA ENCORE II, BTA CASS TLCM and BTA CASS Support Services, DISA CORENET, NMCI, and NETCENTS. Kamran specializes in developing solutions in the areas of business systems solutions, IT infrastructure, program management and SETA support. In the first 13 years of his career, Kamran provided financial, contractual and acquisition management services to both government and contractor organizations. Prior to joining DNC, he was an Executive Director of Business Development for CACI. Kamran has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University and a post graduate certificate in Procurement and Contracting from the University of Virginia.



James S. Kepler

Mr. James Kepler serves as Vice President of Data Networks Corporation. Mr. Kepler leads the systems engineering and enterprise data management disciplines and projects within DNC. He has also built and maintained the company's expertise and domain knowledge in logistics and material supply having led the company's projects with the Defense Logistics Agency, and many of the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy logistics commands. Mr. Kepler's experience in the engineering and technology industry includes system engineering and program management of major computer systems and networks projects in Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Planning and Research Corporation (PRC). Mr. Kepler holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.


Sue Dowling

Ms. Sue Dowling is the Vice President of Human Resources for Data Networks Corporation. Over her 25 years of Federal Government contractor experience, she has built a reputation in the industry for integrity, business knowledge, responsiveness, and strong customer relations. Ms. Dowling recently transitioned from her position as VP of Business Development at DNC to follow her passion for Human Resources. Prior to DNC, she worked at a variety of companies to include: AlphaInsight, McDonald Bradley, Troy Systems, Federal Sources, NCI, and Hughes Information Technology Corporation. Ms. Dowling is well regarded in the industry, both by Government and industry colleagues, and received the prestigious Fed 100 award in 2009. She is active in several associations such as the Industry Advisory Council where she completed the Partners Program in 2004, served as Vice Chair for the 2007 Voyagers Class, Industry Chair for the 2008 Voyagers Class, and is currently the Industry Chair for the ACT/IAC Fellows organization. She has a B.S. Journalism, Public Relations Sequence, from West Virginia University.
